The Supreme Court is expected to announced it will uphold the decision of the Jerusalem District Court ordering new elections in Beit Shemesh. The court is expected to reject the appeal filed by Beit Shemesh Mayor Rabbi Moshe Abutbul and his supporters.
According to the Channel 10 News report, the court will instruct the Minister of the Interior to announce the new election date within 30 days of publication of the ruling.
Supporters of Abutbul told the chareidi media following the Channel 10 report that they were not expecting anything different from the court.

I believe the appeal has already been denied and that the decision to hold re-elections has been upheld (as reported on Arutz Sheva).
Those who dealt with fraud should be those feeling the heat for new elections. Play with fire and you get burnt at the end.
