Adding the embarrassment of apologizing to Turkey, Israel is now offering Turkey compensatory payment for the Marvi Mamara to the tuned of $20 million. In an amazing turn of events, Israel, the victim, has apologized and is now going to compensate families of terrorists, the so-called innocent Turkish nationals who were killed on board the vessel. This refers to the Israel Navy commando raid on the Mavi Marmara flotilla which in 2010 tried to break the IDF naval embargo on Gaza.

While the flotilla has already been linked to al-Qaeda Israel has decided to humble itself towards maintaining relations with Turkey, a former staunch ally, and now Jerusalem is going to compensate the families. In the interim, as Israel continues apologizing, Turkey continues funneling enormous sums of money to finance Hamas in Gaza.
