The IDF Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories Spokesman announced that Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon has approved and directed Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories Major-General Eitan Dangot on the entry of construction materials for UN projects and storm damage restoration projects into Gaza.

Dangot spoke with senior officials in the PA (Palestinian Authority) and the international community and informed them that about 1,000 tons of cement and building materials will enter Gaza for storm damage restoration and other projects of UN agencies.

The official notice to the media points out that there is an expansion of the amount of projects, which was approved several weeks ago, and which was suspended after the detection of a terrorist tunnel.
