JetBlue Airways planned to resume flights Tuesday after it stopped all operations in New York and Boston as a blast of freezing temperatures caused massive cancellations and delays.
The airline stopped flights entirely on Monday at Newark, John F. Kennedy International and LaGuardia airports and at Boston’s Logan International Airport at 5 p.m.
The plan was to allow for 17 hours for the company to rest crew and time to service aircraft.
Operations were set to ramp up again at 10 a.m. and the airline expected to be fully operational by 3 p.m. Tuesday. JetBlue said if your flight was canceled, you can rebook your it or request a refund online.
