HaGaon HaRav Aaron Lichtenstein Shlita, a leading posek of global dati leumi community, is recuperating in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital following back surgery. The rav is 80-years-old.
The rav recently fell and apparently fractured spinal vertebrae. Doctors report the surgery went well. When doctors give the rav the green light he will have to begin rehabilitation which is expected to last a number of weeks.
