The gag order on the arrest of a terrorist earlier in December has been lifted. Agents of the ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) arrested 32-year-old Gaza resident Muhmad Abu Amisha.

He requested and received a permit to pass through Israel from Gaza to receive medical treatment in a Ramallah hospital.

The suspect was indicted in the Beersheva District Court.

After being arrested he admitted that he was to gather intelligence information on IDF activities in different areas, that he was going to serve as a sniper in an attack against soldiers in Gaza, and that he was involved in training others in preparation for carrying out attacks.
