The IDF Spokesman on Tuesday, 7 Teves 5774 confirmed the military is resuming the search for missing soldier Guy Chever. Chever disappeared on his way home from a Golan Heights base on August 17, 1997.
The family has always believed the soldier was being held in Syria.
