The 15-day house arrest against former Chief Rabbi Yonah Yechiel Metzger has ended and the police 443 Yahav investigations unit is not seeking another extension.
Rabbi Metzger was arrested and then released to house arrest. He stands accused of violating the trust of his senior civil service position, tax evasion, money laundering and related white collar crimes.
Police signal that while they are not seeking to extend the house arrest, the case against Rabbi Metzger is moving ahead.

How oh so typical of the dib left to try and there what they can against one of the rabbonim only to have NOTHING stick once it’s all said and done.
Hey Israeli prosecution, YOU STINK! !
#1. Reread the story. They said that the case continues. A former Chief Rabbi said he warned against Metzger before his election. There are enough things to blame the left about, but that doesn’t excuse corruption by the Frum either. We can’t dismiss everything by saying the left is…. Let the facts come out first.
