YWN has just learned that Tomasso Dilillo has been sentenced to 32 years in prison (the max sentence) for the abduction of two girls in the Boro Park neighborhood.
The first abduction was in July 2007, and occurred on 52nd Street between 19th and 20th Avenues. In this incident, Dilillo abducted a 4-year-old girl. She was found on a street about two and half hours later, about 15 blocks from where she was abducted.
The second abduction was in August 2008, and occurred on 14th Avenue near 41st Street. In this incident, a 14-yea-old girl was abducted.
Highly credible sources tell YWN that a Misaskim volunteer found a key piece of evidence which was used to link the two abductions.
Dilillo was arrested on other charges a year ago, and the DNA on the piece of evidence recovered was a positive match, and the charges were added for these two abductions.
Further details of the case will be published when they are available.
