As Justice Minister Tzipi Livni seeks to negotiate a peace agreement with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen), the IDF and other security agencies warn of stepped-up efforts by terrorists to abduct Israeli civilians and soldiers.
Following the murder of IDF soldier Tomer Hazan HY”D by an Arab terrorist, officials in IDF Central Command warn of increased terrorist efforts to abduct soldiers and civilians towards using them as negotiating pawns to obtain the release of terrorists imprisoned in Israel.
The warning includes efforts to lure Israelis into Yehuda and Shomron via social networks, for kidnapping one from those areas is easier than inside “Israel proper”.
Two terror cells were apprehended in recent weeks in the Ramallah and Shechem areas, both planning such acts.

someone should tell tzipi livni that theres no need for her to carry on ‘negotiations’ as the nobel peace prize is going to go to Kerry anyway as he made ‘peace’ with Iran
