An indictment was handed down in the Beersheva District Court against crime family boss Shalom Domrani, who stands accused of trying to manipulate the outcome of the recent mayoral elections in Netivot. Senior soldier in the Domrani family Momi Kasentini was also indicted along with Emanuel Alisha, with the latter being a aide to Rabbi Yaakov Effergan.
Charges against the three include racketeering, conspiracy, interfering with the election and obstruction of justice.
