After the protest against the Toldos Aaron Rebbe Shlita in the United States a public notice appeared calling on avreichim to cancel their subscription to the weekly “The Eida”.
Under the banner “Huge Protest” chassidim are calling on the community to express their outrage over the affront to the rebbe’s kovod.
The anger refers to an article that appeared in the Shabbos Parshas Vayishlach edition of פתגמין, which is published by avreichim from Yoel Street, in which the Toldos Aaron community and their derech came under harsh criticism. This apparently led to the protest against the rebbe during a visit to the United States.

The hareidi community in Eretz Yisrael is facing an existential crisis (i.e. some is trying to put them out of existence, and appears to be able to use strong measures to do so). This is not the time to get into petty squabbles.
Everyone stands up for the Kavod of his Rav, Rebbe, Rosh Yeshiva while Hakadosh Baruch Who stands up for all of klal yisroel.
We are getting so polarized, divided, fractured and we are sitting on a ‘fault line’ of the next earthquake.
