‘THIS IS A VERY, VERY BAD DEAL’ – Netanyahu Furious Over Potential Iran Nuclear Deal

bibnPrime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Friday morning, 5 Kislev 5774, made the following remarks after his meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry:

“I met Secretary Kerry right before he leaves to Geneva. I reminded him that he said that no deal is better than a bad deal. And the deal that is being discussed in Geneva right now is a bad deal. It’s a very bad deal. Iran is not required to take apart even one centrifuge. But the international community is relieving sanctions on Iran for the first time after many years. Iran gets everything that it wanted at this stage and pays nothing. And this is when Iran is under severe pressure. I urge Secretary Kerry not to rush to sign, to wait, to reconsider, to get a good deal. But this is a bad deal, a very, very, bad deal. It’s the deal of a century for Iran; it’s a very dangerous and bad deal for peace and the international community.”

  1. He doesn’t understand that he’s speaking to the wrong people. He should be negotiating with the Lomdei Torah and offering them everything in order to protect Eretz Yisroel. Instead he’s speaking to Esav, Chom, Yavan and Amalek.

He’s been doing this for years and only losing yet he’s still surprised. Isn’t it time to try something else?

  2. This may be the best deal that can be achieved without a full scale war, for which there is no support here in the US. Iran as a signatory to the nuclear nonproliferation treaty has an absolute right to enrich uranium. (Israel is not part of the NPT and it would not be good to bring attention to this fact.)
