MAZEL TOV!!!!!! now u can work with david greefeld in the city council to stop gezira of metziah bpeh, we need more frum jews in city council!
There definitely is justice in this world! I have been preaching the last six months how Chaim is an amazing community minded leader. Now all of you will see it for yourselves! I see great things for out community, and am extremely proud of Chaim. I’m sorry, I mean councilman Deutsch. Congratulations!!
Congrats Chaim!!!
To all those who doubted that Chaim would be victorious; that the hate-filled mud slinging from the opposition would have any impact, sleep better with the knowledge that Hash-m ultimately decides everything.
The community has spoken and voiced its opinion.
Sorry David.
MAZEL TOV! A well deserved victory for all of us in Brooklyn. We expect a large community swearing in celebration.
That’s my Chaim. From the first Shomrim meeting in his livingroom, I knew he had the community’s needs come first. Not easy for Sara, but she let Chaim follow his dream,of helping the community in ANYWAY. Now he can contiue his dream. Proud of you. Benjy

We might need more frum jews in city council, but realize, as Rav Shimon Schwab zt”l said we also need to keep a low profile in גלות (not to do things that give us attention). I know that Jews don’t like to hear the word גלות, but we are still in גלות, despite the freedoms that we are given in America.
Congratulations & Mabrook. As a resident of the 48th district we’re so happy & proud that another Orthodox Jew will serve us in the true Jewish/ Torah way .
Much Hatzlacha Raba.
Congrats to chaim on a well deserved election
Final Numbers:
Chaim 55.1% 9,361
David 39.1% 6,645
Numbers speak for them self chaim has won in a double digit lead.compared to his primary win this is a big win.I attribute this to the fact the he didn’t run a negative campaign against his opponent rather he spoke about himself.
Winners are obvious FJCC,Rabonim,Heimshe Askunim
Losers Sephardim Russians
Mazel Tov! Tough fight, but a beautiful Win! Mazel Tov!
To Step Aside Says
Who has the votes now?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I assure you Chaim’s office will treat the Sfardim and Russians well. I’m under the impression that Chaim received many votes from the Sfardim despite that Mickey Mouse organization that endorsed the other candidate.
To No. 12 – After your post, I would like to change my name from “Yevreyskaya Mama” (Jewish Mother) to “Russian Mama”. I am Jewish and I am Russian, if this is how you call all Jews who speak Russian. Russians didn’t lose. Chaim is a great supporter to Russian community.
Mazal Tov! Much Hatzlocha!
Chaim, don’t give up your night job.
to NU INTERNET IS SHTUS
Russians did not lose. Many Russians voted for Chaim!
