An NYPD Officer committed suicide directly in front of Boro Park’s 66th Precinct, Thursday evening. The incident happened around 7:00PM, on 16th Avenue and 59th Street. The Breaking911.com website reports that the officer took his life with a self-inflicted gunshot. They are also quoting unnamed sources, that the officer is a Detective, and was recently assigned to the 66th Precinct.
There is no further information available at this time.
