An Arab male about 20 who was believed to be a burglar was stabbed and moderately wounded on Jerusalem’s Shmuel HaNavi Street near the corner of Yechezkel. The incident occurred during the night, Monday to Tuesday, 25 Cheshvan 5773.
The man was seen fleeing on the street in the middle of the night and there were shouts of “thief thief”. The man was stopped and an unidentified Jewish man reportedly stabbed him and fled the scene. Ichud Hatzalah reported early in the day that the victim was transported by Magen David Adom to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in moderate condition.
On Friday night an Arab burglar was shot and wounded in the nearby Givat HaMivtar neighborhood. A police officer tried to arrest the man who was caught in the act but the assailant tried to stab the officer. The officer shot him in his lower extremities. A second burglar was apprehended and the third suspect fled the scene.

WOW!!! I’ve never seen such misleading information ever!!
1) Arab was NOT stabbed!
2) He was at least 30 years old
3) Nobody ran nowhere everyone stayed and spoke with the cops afterwards… this was an unfortunate situation where an arab tried stealing phones smack in middle of yerushalayim hes bound to be caught…and at 1 in the morning ,hurt!
Also, the shooting in Givat Hamivtar was not this past Friday night; it was two weeks ago. I was there.
