A Rav Amnon Yitzchak portal website speaks of how Maran, Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef ZT”L was not moichel those who voted for R’ Amnon or others in the Knesset election instead of Shas.
“We never intended to hurt Maran, we just thought differently (as we do today). Today Maran is in the Olam HaEmmes and now he knows what was in our hearts back then.”
“However, during his lifetime Maran said there was no mechila for one voting for another politically party, not in this world or Olam Haba. We are organizing a bus to Maran’s kever to ask mechila, to explain to him and to ask him to be mispallel for us.”

Israel needs a separation of Church and State.
What does this mean, that there is no mechila for someone voting for another party? For those voting Gimel, like Rav Chayim Kanievsky shlita, there also was no mechila?
#1 I agree churches and mosque need to separate from Israel.
#2 He said no mechilla for someone not voting Shas or Gimmel…. too bad he is misquoted so badly here
