Minister of Education (Yesh Atid) Rabbi Shai Piron announced there should be more mixed schools, schools attended by both frum and non-frum students. The minister made his remarks while attending a hachnasas Sefer Torah in the Keshet School, a mixed school located in Mazkeret Batya.
“We need more mixed schools” the minister is quoted by Maariv saying. “In Israel there is a fear of one who is different and Keshet teaches students to overcome this fear and live together with one another.”
The minister told participants in the event that this was not his first visit to Keshet, which he feels is a special school. He feels that the term “special” is troublesome and if there were more schools following this model, then Keshet would not stand out as being unique and the message or living harmoniously with one another would spread.

what about this oisvorf makes him a rabbi because he wears a yarmulke so when shimon peres wears a yarmulke hes also a rabbi
With friends like him, we don’t need any enemies!
This bloke doesn’t look like a rabbi to me. And it’s not because of the lack of beard. (Maybe he’s a mohel or a surgeon on the side.) It’s that his words are ridiculous. Isn’t he the guy who also called for “interracial” discussion between Israelis and “Palestinians” so that the latter can brainwash the former to their agenda?
#1- What makes him a rabbi is the fact that harav Mordechai Eliyahu zt”l gave him smicha.
#4 — And Rav Ovadia Yosef called him a rasha.
Many folks got a valid smicha before going off the derech.
#5- And I’m sure that harav Piron forgave him for saying it.
a guy who got smicha and becomes an oisvorf is an oisvorf and not a rabbi once upon a time passing a test is not what constitutes a rabbi by jews rather one who dtands for upholding the torah this guy is an oisvorf and a rasha and should not be addresed as rabbi there is something called losing your title or your title have no significance
#6 — A godol doesn’t need a rasha’s “forgiveness”.
