Activists from different cities in Eretz Yisrael from the Tov Party met in the Har Nof sukka of party leader R’ Chanoch Werdiger. Werdiger told his followers that they must prepare themselves for a dirty war that will be waged against them for they threaten the standard chareidi powerbase.

Werdiger explained that from his perspective, his party, which is referred to by many as the “new chareidim” will run a positive campaign and he will not permit reducing the party’s platform to the level of lashing out against others. He believes that Tov speaks to many members of the chareidi tzibur for the positive aspects and there is no reason to build his own image by pointing out the faults of others.

Activists from many communities joined Werdiger in his sukka, from areas including Betar Illit, Elad, Beit Shemesh and Emanuel.
