Customs inspectors apprehended three passengers carrying six suitcases containing hundreds of designer clothing items valued at “tens of thousands of NIS” for sale in Israel.
According to the report, one of the three began a conversation with agents monitoring incoming passengers, which after the fact was learned to be an effort to distract them from the passengers. As the man carried on his conversation the other two tried getting by inspectors with the suitcases containing the garments, albeit without success.
