The IDF Civil Administration on Wednesday, 2 Rosh Chodesh Elul 5773 approved the construction of over 1,000 housing units throughout Yehuda and Shomron. The approval includes 147 units in Shilo and Betar Illit.
Some of these projects have been delayed during recent months due to efforts to restart the diplomatic process between Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority).
