Another case of children being left in a vehicle was reported in Israel on Wednesday, 2 Rosh Chodesh Elul 5773. 18-month-old twins were found in a locked parked vehicle. Police in Upper Nazareth were summoned and they broke into the car to get the children out. While the children appeared in good condition, they were sent for medical follow-up.
Police report the children were “Red and very sweaty”. It appears a parking inspector saw the children in the vehicle and summoned police. Police learned that their mother, a resident of Kfar Kana, left them in the vehicle while she went shopping.
There have been numerous cases of late, which R”L ended in the deaths of children in Ramat Gan, Dolev and Shilo.
Israel’s EMS services, Magen David Adom and Ichud (United) Hatzalah have launched campaigns to increase awareness among parents/drivers.

What is very troubling about this case is that the arab mother told police she had some messages to attend too and left her babies in the car on purpose….
I hope she is charged with children endangerment

These parents should be fined. There should be signs in parking lots and around on the streets that say, leave a child in a car, spend a free night night in jail.
