An IDF soldier who headed home for Shabbos was quite pleased to learn that he was a lottery winner. The young soldier won first prize of 26 million NIS, a second prize and other smaller prizes as well, totaling 27,072,404 million NIS. The soldier told reporters that he purchased the winning tickets in an Ashkelon store near his base.

He told reporters that he plans to take good care of his parents and three siblings as a result of his grand winnings.
