Ketzaleh: It’s Time to Bennett to Go Home for He Failed

Katz, YaakovFormer MK Yaakov Katz (Ketzaleh), a veteran settlement leader and a founding member of Beit El is calling on Bayit Yehudi leader Naftali Bennett to step down and return home, Kol Chai Radio reported.

According to the report, Katz points out that Bennett promised to fight on two fronts and he failed on both. He vowed to protect yeshivos and prevent the devastating cuts to the budgets of lomdei Torah. Katz explains that not only did Bennett fail in his mission as yeshiva budgets are being cut 50%, he was disrespectful to and ignored Gedolei Yisrael Shlita.

Katz adds that the second promise made by Bennett was in connect to yishuvim and his commitment to protect their future. Katz feels that Bennett failed miserably here as well since Justice Minister Tzipi Livni is working in Washington to negotiate a deal with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen). This deal he explains includes handing over 94% of Yehuda and Shomron to the PA. Such a deal he laments will result in the expulsion of many Jews from their homes and the destruction of many communities.

  1. Tell me, Ketzaleh, and you succeeded so well as an MK? Politics is the art of the possible, and Bennett has done as much as is possible to protect BY’s vital interests. Idealists like Ketzaleh are necessary to remind us of what we’re striving for, but you need realists to get anything accomplished.

  2. To add/clarifiy my earlier posting – I do not knock Ketzaleh; he is worthy of admiration for his actions on behalf of Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael. I’m only pointing out that in different forums, different tactics are needed.

And to #s 4 and 5 – yes, that is a picture of Ketzaleh.
