MDA Chief of Operations Eli Bin was hosted by leading rabbonim shlita in Modi’in Illit. The meeting was held in the home of the Mora D’asra Rabbi Meir Kessler Shlita, attended by Eli Bin and representatives of Hatzalah Modi’in Illit and with the Deputy Mayor Rabbi Yaakov Wallenstein.

Rabbi Kessler thanked them for their life-saving work in the city and their willingness to incorporate piskei Halacha of the rabbonim in their work.
