MK (Bayit Yehudi) Moti Yogev is calling on the government to dismiss Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein after he announced that he disqualifies the candidacy of Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu in the Chief Rabbinate race.
Yogev feels that Weinstein abused his post to espouse his own personal viewpoint in the hope of influencing members of the voting body and he grossly exceeded the boundaries of his authority by doing so. Yogev feels the coalition must replace Weinstein with an attorney general whose views reflect that of the administration.

No doubt Moti Yogev is from the other half, the ones who are not pleased with their chairman. Bennett, the Lapidnik, would not have the courage to say something so accurate.
