A resident of the PA (Palestinian Authority) Tulkarem area who was inside Green Line Israel without a permit was taken into custody on Wednesday morning, 15 Menachem Av 5773 following an attempted terror attack.
The male in his 20s held a knife against the throat of a 68-year-old woman in Afula. Passersby who recognized the victim ran to call her husband, a policeman. After the husband drew his weapon, the terrorist turned himself over to authorities.
