Demonstrators in New York are planning a follow-up march a day after rallies in dozens of U.S. cities pressed for further legal response to the killing of unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin.
The Rev. Al Sharpton’s daughters, Ashley and Dominique Sharpton, were scheduled to lead a march Sunday in Harlem.
Sharpton, music superstars Jay-Z and Beyonce and others joined Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, at a rally in Manhattan Saturday.
Sharpton’s National Action Network organized rallies in at least 101 cities one week after a central Florida jury acquitted former neighborhood watch leader George Zimmerman in Martin’s 2012 death.
Demonstrators want changes to self-defense laws and federal civil rights charges against Zimmerman.
Zimmerman said he was protecting himself when he shot Martin.
Zimmerman identifies himself as Hispanic. Martin was black.

Maybe his wife zeresh will also lead a rally
YWN needs an editorial policy prohibiting this race baiting charlatan from receiving the title “the Reverend”. It’s a farce of the first magnitude.
Sam the man obviously is not up to date with Sharptons marital status. Sharpton is divorced & currently has a girlfriend half his age.
