15:40 IL: No one seems exactly sure why someone released pepper spray in a Geula, Yerushalayim store on Sunday afternoon, 7 Menachem Av 5774.

The incident occurred in the popular Chavakuk toy and crafts store on Malchei Yisrael Street. A number of victims were treated by Magen David Adom and Ichud Hatzalah personnel. Police are investigating.
