Jeb Bush To Headline Conservative Party Dinner

jebAnother potential presidential candidate is visiting New York. Last month a controversy erupted over Texas Senator Ted Cruz’s presence as keynote speaker at the New York GOP annual dinner, this time it is the former Governor of Florida Jeb Bush, a sane and moderate voice for the Republican party, who will headline the New York State Conservative Party dinner.

This coming Tuesday, June 25th, the Conservative Party of New York State will be having their annual dinner in New York City. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush will be the keynote speaker.

Gov. Bush, as well as Newsmax CEO Christopher Ruddy, will receive the Conservative Party’s Charles M. Edison Award, according to the invitation sent out by the organizers.

  1. For three generations the Bush’s have been “big government” Republicans. The Democrats are already established as experts of growing big government, and the Republicans have little to be gained by trying to out-do them at that. It would be like an iceberg advocate trying to take over the Titantic while it was sinking.
