Just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, the NYPD responded to a shooting at 144-22 South Road in Queens.

Police confirm that one off-duty male officer was shot in the arm and rushed to Jamaica Hospital.

Two other people were transported with gunshot wounds from the scene.

One victim was likely shot in the abdomen, and is listed in critical condition.

The officer is in stable condition, and is expected to survive.
