Rabbonim and directors of hesder and dati leumi yeshivot gevoha met in the home of Rabbi Chaim Druckman Shlita to discuss major national government cuts in funding for yeshivos. The rabbonim present acknowledged the cuts represent the possibility that some of the yeshivos will have to close their doors.

Those attending the kenos praised their elected officials, who they feel are doing everything they can to prevent the cuts. Rav Druckman added that for him, there is no difference between the dati leumi and chareidi yeshivos, calling it an “injustice” that compels them to act to oppose it.
