IDF Homefront Command officials on Sunday, 8 Tammuz 5773 announced a new phone number will be operational beginning on Thursday, 12 Tammuz. The old number, 1207, will no longer be operational.

Beginning on Thursday, one wishing to reach the IDF Homefront Command should dial 104. Unlike the current number, the new number will be toll free.
