  1. Baruch Hashem for our Gedolim shlita.

There is also a massive protest by Frum Jews tomorrow in front of the Israeli Consulate in New York at 4 pm.

  2. this is a chilul hashem… the gvmt is asking everyone to work and learn and contribute to society…
completely normal request…. in NY does anyone not work? who wants to live on handouts?!?!
why should the government give free handouts??

  3. Since all of mankind, adults and children, are precious in the eyes of our Creator, Hashem Yisborach, we must show HKB”H that we Daven for all sick people, and we do not to exclude any needy person, from our Tefilohs, Yidden and Non-Yidden who are R”L sick.
This will strenthen our empathy and concern for every Human Being, and that will be M’oirer Rachmei Shomayim. HKB”H will see that we are a caring People.

  4. I will say those verses of Tehilim with sincerity. However, not for the reasons from the Gedolim, but for those who are sick and need heeling, those in need of finding a shidduch, etc. For me, I don’t deem it necessary to say it for the gezeiros.

  5. I would like to attend the protest against Israel, by Orthodox Jewry, in front of their N.Y. Consulate. Where is the consulate located in Manhattan?

  6. Why all this cynicism?? Please understand that if the Israeli government force bochurim to go to the army, THERE WILL BE NO YESHIVOS, NO TORAH LEARNING. WHERE WILL OUR GEDOLIM COME FROM??
People who don’t understand this, have no business posting on a site called ‘Yeshiva’ world. Go to Ynet and post there.

  7. Just to state the facts:
As much as I see, Friday, the 29th of Sivan, is Erev Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, not tomorrow Thursday.

Rosh Chodesh Tammuz is Shabbos and Sunday
