Right-wing activist Baruch Marzel and his entourage was prevented from entering a mixed wedding being held between a Jewish woman and an Arab male R”L. The bus carrying Marzel and his supporters, including former MK Dr. Michael Ben-Ari, was intercepted by police near Sakhnin. They were permitted to hold a symbolic protest at that location but they were prohibited from continuing towards Araba to disrupt the mixed wedding.
Marzel and others released statements to the press explaining they remain determined in their struggle to prevent assimilation in Eretz Yisrael and to prevent such weddings from taking place.

Unfortunately, as history has shown, this woman will soon be begging to rescue her and bring her back. After this wedding, this poor Jewish woman’s honeymoon will be over. The true abusive nature of the Arab husband will surface.
We will then have to stage a daring rescue to bring this wayward woman back to Yiddeshkeit. Those who don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it!
and now you know for whom yad l’achim runs to rescue when the beatings start
This is most likely a badly concieved chassanah and will not end well but EY is a democracy and they have no right to intervene is that is her choice. Should chilonim show up and protest at Chareidi weddings involving a chassan/kalah who are 16 or 17 years old because they oppose such weddings as a form of child abuse?
