In light of the alarming increase in firebomb and rock-throwing attacks against Jewish motorists on roadways throughout Yehuda and Shomron, an emergency gathering is scheduled for Friday, 15 Sivan 5773 at 10:30 at el-Hader Junction.

Taking part in the event will be community leaders from Gush Etzion, Betar Illit, Hebron, and Kiryat Arba. Participants will then travel in a vehicular convoy to the northern entrance of Efrat.

In recent weeks, the number of firebomb and rock-throwing attacks has increased dramatically and residents of yishuvim feel that government is tying the hands of the IDF, not permitting soldiers to respond effectively. In addition, the removal of checkpoints throughout Yehuda and Shomron has facilitated travel from one PA (Palestinian Authority) area to another, a reality that settlement leaders feel has significantly contributed to the rise in terror.
