One of the things I’m looking forward to now that spring has arrived, is making Kiddush on my back patio!  This week (weather permitting!) I’ll be serving one of my favorite sparkling wines from Italy, Bartenura Prosecco. The crisp bubbles and the melon aromas and flavors take me back to my Pesach in San Diego.

This wonderful white sparkling wine has also been well received by the press. The Editors at Wine Enthusiast gave this wine the designation of “Best Buy” multiple times for its quality and value.
