Rishon L’Tzion HaGaon HaRav Moshe Shlomo Amar has released a kol korei focusing on children coming to shul on Shavuos to hear the Aseres HaDibros. The rav explains the significance of children coming to shul, explaining that when HKBH wanted a guarantee at Matan Torah, we said בנינו ערבים בעדנו”” and this compels us not to forget to bring the guarantors to hear Aseres HaDibros.

It says that the reason why the Yidden did not accept the real Emunah by Matan Torah, and went immediately to worship the Eigel, is because they were kept at a distance from the Harr, and it looked and sounded to them, like all the Kishff Magic Shows, that they always watched in Mitzrayim at a distance.
To be Mesakin, we bring our children close to the Bimah.
Everyone is “a mamme’s ah kind”, and should listen to the Aseres Hadibros – and the rest of the Torah.
The Aseres Hadibros wasn’t the only thing we received on Har Sinai – we received the entire Torah Shebe’kesav, Torah Sheba’al Peh, and Toras HaNistar.
And they all belong to ALL of Klal Yisroel.
