Hundreds of Arabs confronted border police soldiers near the Shomron community of Ofra on erev Shabbos afternoon 16 Iyar 5773. Border police used riot control adjuncts in an effort to disperse the over 200 Arabs who were pelting them with rocks.
At the nearby village of Silwad, Arabs burned tires and hurled rocks in the direction of Ofra.
There are also reports of dozens of Arabs involved in rock-throwing attacks elsewhere in Shomron including the areas of Bilin, Naalin, Nabei Salah, and near Beit Chaggai south of Hebron. B’chasdei Hashem there are no reports of injuries.

To #1 What does taking boys out of Yeshiva have to do with this? For the last 65 years Israel has hardly had a day of peace – whether or not boys were in or out of Yeshiva. No the problem is us – no achdus no peace no moshiach. this is what keeps the problems from stopping.
