According to Israel Police there were 940 vehicular accidents in Israel involving injuries in March 2013. This includes 28 accidents resulting in fatalities and 94 with resulting in serious injury, the Central Bureau of Statistics reports.
A total of 1,832 people were injured in the 940 accidents, including 29 killed and 115 listed in serious condition. This includes accidents in Yehuda and Shomron. 895 of the accidents occurred outside of Yehuda and Shomron, which includes 26 fatalities and 86 accidents resulting in serious injuries.
According to the CBS, excluding accidents in Yehuda and Shomron, there has been an average monthly decline of 1% from March 2011 to March 2013.
