A worker in a matzah factory in the northern Jerusalem industrial area in Atarot got a hand stuck in a dough rolling machine. Ichud Hatzalah reports that responders were compelled to place a tourniquet on the mangled extremity while measures were taken to protect the avulsed portion of the victim’s hand in the hope of keeping it viable.
MDA Jerusalem paramedics stabilized the victim, who was transported to the trauma unit of Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital where the surgical team will attempt to save his hand. His condition was reported to be moderate.

Boy when they say hand made matzohs they aren’t kidding!
“compelled to place a tourniquet on the mangled extremity”
“measures were taken to protect the avulsed portion”
“surgical team will attempt to save his hand”
Is that considered moderately injured?
Unfortunately it is in this country. As long as its not life or death here its called moderate.
