US Secretary of State John Kerry will be making his first visit since being appointed to the post following this week’s 48 hour visit by President Barak Obama.
Kerry will be arriving to push forward the stalled diplomatic talks between Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority) as President Obama has announced he does not plan to present any such plan during his brief visit.
Kerry will be pushing both sides towards a resumption of talks between Israel and the PA, which have come to a total halt during the tenure of the 18th Knesset.

Oh, isn’t Israel lucky! Two visits – wow! Like Israel doesn’t have enough on its plate right now, they need Kerry too.
