Rabbi Ze’ev Whitman and his Tnuva kashrus staff are hard at work preparing Israel’s dairies for the upcoming Yomtov. The feed given to cattle is being changed over to remove any chametz from their diet ahead of Pesach along with many other measures taken to permit Tnuva products to meet up to the company’s kashrus standards, which include a number of kashrus agencies.
