Israel’s Ichud (United) Hatzalah has earned the respect of the World Economic Forum in Geneva regarding the organization’s program recognizing “outstanding young leaders”, defined as people under 40. The international organization feels that one such leader is Eli Beer, founder and President of United Hatzalah.

The organization’s rapid growth and commitment to pre-hospital emergency medical response has prompted a visit to its national headquarters located in the Romeima area of Yerushalayim by Miniya Chatterji, the World Economic Forum’s Middle East Manager responsible for the Mideast and South Asia. She praises the organization for “giving back to the community and doing great work.”
