Speaking to the media on Wednesday, 12 Shevat 5773, The Movement leader Tzipi Livni did not express disappointment over their six seats, but preferred to look ahead at the future and the vision.

Livni explained her party has a well-defined platform, which includes pushing ahead with the diplomatic process between Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority). As for entering the new coalition or remaining in opposition, Livni explained it is simply too early to know since it is too soon to see just what kind of coalition is being formed by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

She emphasized her goal and that of her colleagues is to advance their agenda and if this can be accomplished as a member of the coalition, all the better but if not, they will remain in the opposition.
