Egged, the nation’s largest bus company is ready for Election Day the bus cooperative’s officials report. Buses will operate on a special schedule and in line with Ministry of Transportation regulations, there will be an increase in both inter and intra city buses.

Any eligible voter finding him/herself more than 20 kilometers from their designated polling station is entitled to a free bus ride to the polling station, an arrangement that should have been made in advance as the bus tickets are mailed. Eilat residents wishing to vote may dial Egged’s *2800 central number to make reservations.
