While Likud activists in Yehuda and Shomron are seeking a psak Halacha from leading dati leumi rabbonim to vote for the Likud/Beitenu list, the rabbonim do not appear interested in issuing such a call to their followers.
The daily Maariv reports Likud activists have been pressuring HaGaon HaRav Dov Lior Shlita to come out in favor of Likud, but the rav has declined. The report adds the rav did say that there is a moral issue with registering as a member of one party while voting for another, but he did not wish to elaborate.
Another prominent dati leumi posek under pressure is HaGaon HaRav Shlomo Aviner Shlita, who agrees regarding the moral dilemma and is also unwilling to direct his followers to Likud.
Veteran Yishuv Shilo resident and a major Likud official representing Yehuda and Shomron, Shevach Stern, explains Likud is a ruling party that continues to protect and advance the cause of the communities throughout Yehuda and Shomron.

The article has a strange sound to it. “Likud activists in
Yehuda and Shomron,” if they really are such, know that rabbanim in
these communities don’t issue psaks as to whom to vote for and that
these voters don’t seek them. Rabbi Lior is does believe (so I have
heard) that rabbanim should be decision-makers in parties such as
Jewish Home, but the parties disagree and their attitude has
prevailed for years.
