Israeli security forces on Tuesday afternoon 4 Shevat 5773 moved in and removed Arabs who once again set up an outpost in the E1 area, the area between Yerushalayim and Maale Adumim.

About 120 Arabs were on hand erev Shabbos, 29 Shevat 5773 when the outpost dubbed Bab el-Shams was set up for the first time.

In the Tuesday evacuation, police reported at least 22 people were arrested. Arab news sources add a female sustained light injuries in the evacuation.
