Many feared a terror attack as police and EMS personnel began rolling into the Beis Yisrael area of Yerushalayim near Mir Yeshiva. A man in his 50s was stabbed, not in a robbery or terrorist attack, but apparently the result of an argument in an area restaurant.

According to Ichud Hatzalah EMTs who operated on the scene, the victim was transported to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in moderate condition. MDA paramedics transported him from the scene.

Police have launched an investigation into the apparent violent attack resulting from a civilian dispute.
