The front page of the Sunday morning 2 Shevat 5773 edition of the daily HaMevaser carries a letter from HaGaon HaRav Aaron Leib Shteinman Shlita in which the Gadol Hador speaks of the importance of voting in the upcoming elections.

Added to that is a number of kol korei declarations from rebbes who call on their tzibur to vote in the election, the obligation of each and every eligible voter exercising that right and voting for Yahadut Hatorah. This includes the Erlau Shlita, Seret-Vishnitz Shlita, Slonim Shlita, Strikov Shlita, Ashlag Shlita and Zvill Shlita.
